Custom Shoe/Orthotics Commission Agreement

  1. Upon placing a custom order, and having measurements taken, a deposit is required before work is started.
  1. After the first fitting, full refunds will not be granted due to inability to sell custom products.
  1. The shoemaker holds the full right to stop work on the commission at any time before the final product is produced, with a refund of the initial deposit.
  1. Completion time of the final product is subject to change.
